We will send you an agreement sheet by e-mail after receive your event request.
Please read it carefully then signed and return us by e-mail.
The confirmation should be received no later than 15 days prior to the event.
Method of Payment (For Catering)
A deposit of 50% of each event estimate (total cost of food, beverage, staff, and equipment) is required to reserve an event date. The remaining balance, or 100% of the event estimate, is due on the day of the event date.
Cancellation Policy (About Catering)
You can cancel your reservation anytime.
However, in some cases, we will charge you the cost of materials.
That is because already has begun preparation for your event.
If you want to cancel your reservation, we highly recommend you as soon as possible.
In the case of cancellation of your party with in 10 days, you must pay the 30% of the event estimate, also with in 7 days, you must pay full amount of event expenses.
Please be understanding.
Gratuity of 18% will be added the bill of any party of 6+. (Including split checks from the same party)
